Is my data private?
Yes. All analysis runs on our private on-premise server. No data is sent to cloud AI providers. Your target URLs and results stay within our infrastructure.
What counts as one analysis?
Each URL or APK you submit counts as one analysis. Re-running the same URL is a new analysis.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from the billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You will see a notification and can either wait for the monthly reset or upgrade your plan for immediate access.
Is there an API?
API access is included in the Enterprise plan. You can submit URLs programmatically and receive results via webhook or polling.
Does it work with password-protected sites?
Yes. You can provide login credentials and AppScan will authenticate before crawling. Credentials are never stored.
